About Trigg County Criminal History

Trigg County criminal records are divided among local and statewide custodians. The Trigg County Sheriff, Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police Criminal Identification and Records Branch, Kentucky Department of Corrections, and Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry each answer different questions. This private guide organizes the official portals, addresses, and phone numbers so readers can start with the office that actually maintains the record.

Why We Built This Site

Kentucky offers several routes to public criminal-history information, but no single office holds every kind of record. The Trigg County Sheriff keeps releasable agency records, while booking and custody records for many local arrests may be held by the receiving Christian County jail. Lisa Thomas, the Trigg Circuit Court Clerk, maintains Circuit and District case files at the Justice Center in Cadiz. Statewide court reports come from the Kentucky Court of Justice Administrative Office of the Courts, fingerprint-supported history comes from the Kentucky State Police Criminal Identification and Records Branch, and correctional or registry information comes from separate state systems. This site brings the documented contacts, request steps, fees, and search routes together.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site, not part of a Kentucky court, law-enforcement agency, or state office. Those boundaries mean:

  • We do not issue certified court documents, criminal histories, or repository records
  • We cannot submit an open-records request, expungement petition, or other filing for a visitor
  • We do not perform official background checks or retrieve a person's record
  • We cannot offer legal advice about a charge, warrant, disposition, or expungement
  • We cannot promise that an agency's hours, address, telephone number, procedure, or fee has not changed

An official document must come from its custodian, such as the Trigg County Sheriff, Trigg Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky Court of Justice AOC, or Kentucky State Police. This site can identify the route, but it cannot supply the record.

Search Partners

Outside providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. If a visitor follows one of those tools to a paid enrollment, this site may receive a referral fee that supports free access to the guides. We do not set the provider's charges or decide which results it returns.
